Summary: The view from the room was fantastic !! the Food and Beverage staff at and around the pools was average. there were a few really great folks but most were occupying space.

Summary: It was a great stay I really only have minor complaints. Let’s start with the good: Beautiful clean property. Excellent customer service by all of the staff. They are very kind and move with urgency and did everything to accommodate my requests. Beautiful property right on the beach with three lovely pools . Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water gets hot enough and there was a fridge and safe in the room. Loved the breakfast included. Such a life saver. Also the pizza is super good too. The minor things : such a huge property. Takes a while to walk around from place to place . The pillows sucked, they were feather and flat . They have two “hot tubs” but they weren’t hot, they were cold!

Summary: ALL staff members are outstanding customer service representatives. Location and cleanliness of the hotel facilities are superb. Except for the unusual single glass shower enclosure, amenities are acceptable.

Summary: My stay at the Radisson was good because of the staff. However, this isn't my first time staying at the Radisson. However, during this stay I've noticed some of the changes compared to my last stay (July/August, 2025). The Radisson would no long provide microwave in guest rooms and guest has to request 'cocoa tea'. It is no longer place as part of the breakfast selection. Room service can improve on the length of time to deliver food to the guest. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay

Summary: The room was spotless. The staffs are always nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. However, coco tea was included in the menu before, but now it isn't. One is being charged 10.00 and that is a turnoff. I love the beach, pools and restaurants. This year was my third time being at Radisson Resort. Beautiful place to vacation.
